LORYN is a luxury curation platform. We discover and showcase the finest pre-owned luxury pieces from trusted partners around the world, making it easy for you to find and purchase them.
Where do the products come from?
Products featured in The Edit are fulfilled by The Luxury Closet and other LORYN affiliates. Pre-owned pieces come through our trusted partner The Luxury Closet; new pieces come through partners such as Amazon Luxury Stores — each product page tells you which retailer fulfills it. When you click to purchase an item, you will be directed to their website to complete your order.
How do I place an order?
Click on any product you love and you will be redirected to the fulfilling retailer's website — The Luxury Closet or Amazon — where you can complete your purchase securely through their platform.
How do I change or cancel my order?
As orders are processed directly by the retailer you purchased from (The Luxury Closet or Amazon), please contact their customer service team for any order changes or cancellations. Visit theluxurycloset.com for their contact information.
What is the return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are handled directly by the retailer you purchased from, according to their return policy — The Luxury Closet for pre-owned pieces, Amazon for new pieces. Please visit theluxurycloset.com for full details on their return process, timelines, and eligibility.
How are products authenticated?
All pre-owned items are authenticated by The Luxury Closet's expert team. They have extensive experience in verifying the authenticity of luxury goods across all major brands.
When will my order ship?
Shipping is managed entirely by the fulfilling retailer. Once your order is placed on their platform, they will provide you with shipping and tracking information directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed securely through the retailer's platform — The Luxury Closet or Amazon. Please visit their website for accepted payment methods.
Will I be charged tax?
Taxes are determined by the fulfilling retailer based on your shipping address and country.
THE CLOSET FILES & CONSIGNMENT
What is The Closet Files?
Our monthly editorial drop. One Tastemaker — the Monthly Muse — is the inspiration: LORYN picks five to ten pieces with their closet in mind. They’re sold by inquiry, directly through LORYN, and when they're gone, they're gone.
Does LORYN sell anything directly?
Yes — The Closet Files pieces LORYN picks each month and pieces consigned through our Sell With Us program are sold or rented directly by LORYN. These one-of-one pre-owned pieces are final sale: no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Condition and price are confirmed in writing before payment, and pieces ship insured with tracking within 5 business days. Everything in The Edit is fulfilled by The Luxury Closet under their return policy.
MEMBERSHIP & SERVICES
How does membership work?
Three tiers, capped hard: Curator's Closet ($2,000/mo, 60 spots), Collector's Closet ($4,000/mo, 30 spots), and the invite-only Closet Assistant. Apply on the Membership page — we reply within 48 hours.
Do members get early access?
Yes. Members see new drops first — an early-access window on The Edit and each Closet Files drop before it goes public.
Where do in-person services happen?
Los Angeles and Malibu. Virtual styling is available everywhere.
RENTALS
How does renting work?
Pick a piece from the Rental Archive, request your dates, and we coordinate delivery and pickup in LA & Malibu. Cleaning is on us. Love it? Make an offer to keep it.
How are rental pieces cleaned?
Every piece gets couture-grade garment care between rentals — inspected, professionally cleaned, steamed, and stored properly.
Can I list my own closet?
If you keep 25+ designer pieces (each valued above $500) listed, yes — apply through Sell With Us or the Rentals page. You earn on every rental and consignment sale.
